Hello, my name is Daniel Flores Parra, and my journey has been anything but ordinary. I was
born and raised in a humble town in Mexico, where I began helping my father in the fields at a
very young age. Those early experiences shaped my understanding of resilience and the value
of hard work.

At 17, I moved to the United States, where I built a life for my family, raising three wonderful
children while navigating the challenges of a new country. For 15 years, I worked in
construction, mastering skills in wood flooring, tile walls, framing, drywall, painting, and the
installation of electrical and plumbing systems.

At 33, I took a leap of faith and pursued higher education, earning an Associate of Science in
Civil Engineering Technology from Santa Ana College. This led to a six-year career as a Civil
Designer, where I specialized in land surveying and mapping (ALTA, Topographic, Boundary
surveys) and civil engineering projects, including grading, utilities, as-built documentation, and
traffic control plans.

In addition, I completed an Associate of Science in Real Estate from Santiago Canyon College and I am
now a full-time realtor with WE’RE Real Estate. My goal is to help clients navigate the process
of buying or selling a home with confidence and clarity, ensuring they achieve the best possible
outcome for their hard-earned investments.
I understand life's challenges and believe in the power of hard work to create meaningful
change. My children are living proof of that: my eldest excelled in honors classes, my daughter
achieved notable success in Orange County as a wrestler, and my youngest is thriving as a
soccer player at Esperanza High School.
