Tina's strong business acumen comes from the diverse backgrounds she has developed in over 17 years in the real estate industry as well as Operations Manager for Forte de Aspirino, Director of Marketing and Public Relations of California Medical Business Services and The Hill Medical Group, and President of Professional Employment Consultants. She spearheaded the "Race for the Cure Survivors Team and Pasadena's first "Legs for Life". These experiences have helped Tina translate her achievements in real estate in all its facets -finance, negotiations, communication, marketing, compliance and management.

A UCLA Alumni, Tina graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology with a Specialization in Business and Administration. She is a member of the Citrus Valley Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. Tina's business mission is to continuously stay on top of professional, local and market trends and information to serve her clients to the best of her ability. Tina has gone above the California State legal licensing requirements by furthering her real estate knowledge as a GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), e-Pro, and SFR. GRI designation is considered the nation's number one real estate designation. As an SRES, Tina is qualified to help Seniors to make decisions about senior related real estate issues. The e-Pro (Certificate of Internet Professionalism) is a technology certification. Tina believes KNOWLEDGE IS POWER. She is commitment to continuing education to serve her Clients the best she can.

Tina's passion for real estate started with watching her parents come to America as Vietnamese/Chinese immigrants and through hard work and sacrifice achieve the American dream of home and business ownership. She loves all aspects of real estate from the pride of home ownership, to development of properties, to providing rental units for the community.
